Paying Online
To make payments online with credit card, visit our payment gateway website.
ACH (Automatic Payment)
ACH is withdrawn on the 5th of each month. Once signed up for ACH, your bill will have a "Paid at Bank, Do Not Pay" message indicating this will be coming directly out of your checking account on the 5th. If the 5th is on a weekend or holiday, it will be taken out the next working day. Please fill out the Automated Clearing House Form (PDF) with a voided check attached to initiate automatic payments. You can either mail this to City Hall with "Attention Utility Clerk," put in the utility drop box or come into the office.
For those who use online banking through your bank's website (also called Bill Pay), please allow 7-10 days for your payment to reach the office. It is not an immediate funds transfer. Please keep this in mind, as late penalties will not be waived if received from your bank after the 10th.
