We are thrilled to announce that the governing bodies of both Kechi and Bel Aire, Kansas, have come together to establish an Interlocal Agreement, aimed at maximizing benefits for their respective citizens.

Starting April 1st, 2024, Kechi residents will enjoy access to the Bel Aire Recreation Center at discounted resident rates, extending affordable recreation services to Kechi families. Meanwhile, Bel Aire residents will benefit from complimentary access to the Kechi brush dump site, offering them the convenience of free disposal for yard waste, including tree limbs, branches, and brush.

These collaborative efforts serve to elevate the quality of life for our residents and facilitate greater access to essential services. As our cities unite in this endeavor, we are committed to ongoing cooperation to further enhance services and deliver continued value to our communities.
