[ARCHIVED] Utility Billing Update

UTILITY BILLING UPDATE

While Governor Kelly’s order to suspend all disconnects of utilities expired on May 26th, the City continued to provide this assistance to our residents through June and waived penalties through July. As our community continues to move forward, the city will resume disconnections for accounts with a past due balance on July 28th. Payment must be made prior to 10 a.m. City staff is prepared to work with residents needing assistance to avoid disconnection of services. If you have a past due balance, please contact City Hall at 744-2451 to pay or set-up a payment plan.
