[ARCHIVED] The Bel Aire Mayor and City Council Wants Your Input!

We want to hear from you with speech bubble that says Mayor and City Council term, what do you think

The Bel Aire City Council is seeking input from Bel Aire residents on mayor and city council terms. Currently, the mayor serves a two-year term. The city council serve a four-year term. The question being asked is if the mayor's term should be consistent with the council term changing it from two years to four years. The other question is related to term limits. Currently, both mayor and city council can serve as many consecutive terms as elected. The question being asked is if both mayor and city council term limits should be limited to two four-year consecutive terms.

 A town hall is scheduled for October 26th starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Bel Aire City Hall. This will be an opportunity for additional information and to ask questions.
