[ARCHIVED] Woodlawn Closure and Switch to Phase 2E Delayed

A notice was distributed to residents near Woodlawn regarding a closure and move to Phase 2E. It has now been temporarily delayed until the construction on 53rd street has been completed and reopened to traffic. That is expected to take around 1-2 weeks.
