Water Conservation Rebate Program
The City of Bel Aire is offering rebates for approved water conservation devices, thanks to the Water Conservation Rebate Program funded by the City of Wichita. A total rebate allowance of $30,000 will be distributed among Wichita's wholesale customers, including Bel Aire.
Rebates will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted, and will be credited to the Bel Aire Utility Customer’s account. Rebates are available to all Bel Aire utility customers, including residential, commercial, owner-occupied, and rental properties. Any qualifying device purchased between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, is eligible for the program while funds are available.
Customers must complete a rebate application and submit original copies of receipts to verify their purchases. You can fill out the application online or in person at City Hall, located at 7651 E. Central Park Ave. If you choose to apply in person, please bring the necessary receipts to City Hall with you at the time of your application.
Credits for approved purchases will be applied to active utility accounts once funding is received from the City of Wichita. The availability of credits relies on the approval of the application and the availability of funds. Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered.
